Has over 11 years of experience in providing professional services to local and international Deloitte clients. Currently is a Director of Corporate Finance Department at Deloitte Ukraine. Has significant experience in financial due diligence, financial modelling, analysis of financial conditions of share purchase agreements and other transaction related services. Has successfully completed numerous projects in different sectors of economy (FMCG, agriculture, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, banking) for international and Ukrainian companies. Education and professional qualification: Kyiv National Economic University, Master’s Degree in Management of Organizations, 2005; Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, 2010. Partner and the Head of Tax & Legal Department in Deloitte Ukraine.
