Born on May 1967 in the village of Tsimbalovka, Starosiniavsky District, Khmelnitsky Region. Since May 1990, together with a group of former officers, became a co-founder of the Blitz-Inform Publishing House, which began to publish the newspapers BUSINESS, Business News, News and magazines NATALI and CAPITAL. In a few years, the company will build new printing plants Blitz-Print, Blitz-Pak and Blitz-Flex. Founded a new project - Publishing House "KARAVAN-Media", which began to publish the magazines "ArchIdea" and "Caravan of History - Ukraine" in the spring of 2002. From February to autumn 2005 worked as the head of the service of the State Secretary of Ukraine. The events of the early 2000s, including the Orange Revolution, were revealed in his book “I Woke Up Happy”. Returned to the media business as a co-founder and president of the Media Invest Group holding and shares his searches and finds in the philosophical novel “Crossroads” (2008). From autumn 2014 to the present, has been working as chief editor of BUSINESS Magazine and general director of Blitz-Inform Publishing House.
