President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs
Born in the village of Bratushany, which is located on the territory of modern Moldova. Graduated from the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute (1978), as an engineer-shipbuilder.
Since April 1990, was elected to the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the XII convocation in the 284th okrug (Nikolaev). In the first Ukrainian parliament, Kinakh works in the Commission on Economic Reform.
In 1995, became deputy prime minister for industrial policy. In 1998, the politician became a member of the third version of the Ukrainian parliament, winning the elections in the district No. 128 (Nikolaev region). Chairs the Committee on Industrial Policy and works on the Committee on Economic Policy.
2001 - 2002 - was the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
