Ukrainian Economist, Advisor to President of Ukraine (freelance), Vladimir Zelensky since May 2019. Member of the supervisory board of The Bleyzer Foundation. In 1995 defended his PHD of economic sciences on "Diversification of production in the conditions of formation of market economy” In 2001 received his master's degree from Harvard University. In 2003, became a doctoral student at the Brandeis University. In 2014, was a director of the Center for World Economy and International Relations of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Member of the National Investment Council since June 21, 2019.
